چکیده

The need for small-scale renewable energy generation is predicted to increase. Distributed production, in general, can be more profitable due the cost of distribution and use storage, especially from microgrid. However, utility consumers face difficulties maintaining demand imbalance, frequent load-shedding, a drop power quality. To address this issue, portable quality meter protection based on Internet Things (IoT) low-voltage are proposed. proposed prototype has several advantages. First, procedure implementing IoT-based with features residential networks. Compared other devices, type advantages measurement, such as factor, frequency, harmonics. Second, an approach device parallel function network security This increases advantage monitoring loads connected grid. Third, perform IoT devices that provide notifications real-time. Fourth, experiment using microgrid combines LiFePO4 battery methanol get maximum benefit green energy. test results found model work reliably, where access done via website. smart consists voltage transformer, current microcontroller unit embedded communication module. existence affordable tools increase user’s opportunity gain profitability.

Extensive Labview Based Power Quality Monitoring and Protection System

Power quality issues and mitigation techniques became hot research topics soon after the introduction of solid state devices in power system. The equipments of non-linear nature introduce power quality issues such as harmonics, reduction in power factor, voltage unbalance, transients etc. and cause malfunction or damage of power system equipments. In this paper, harmonics, noises, reactive powe...

Microgrids and Heterogeneous Power Quality and Reliability

This paper describes two stylized alternative visions of how the power system might evolve to meet future requirements for the high quality electricity service that modern digital economies demand, a supergrids paradigm and a dispersed paradigm. Some of the economics of the dispersed vision are explored, and perspectives are presented on both the choice of homogeneous universal power quality up...
